Week 6: Anger - Day 36
Well, I am not sure what to do for this theme and my initial response is to cut it out and trade it with another. But, then I think about it and really, we can't hide from it. Our bodies are made to feel anger. It's the truth. We don't have an amygdala that does nothing. It's more about what we do when we feel anger. Do we let it out, or push it back inside? It's about how we handle ourselves when the emotion decides to come forward. Me, I like to do things with my hands and my mind. Sewing is one of them, and right now my current sewing project is a quilt for my son.

That's a good pic! Pretty colors on the quilt - I can't wait to see the finished project!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am so excited about the colors and the color combinations my mom and I picked out! I have the finished squares (well, unfinished) hanging on the wall, and Nikolai looks at them all the time! I am so excited about it!
ReplyDelete:) I can't wait to show it off (it is a lot of hard work, and I am not extremely talented!)!
